Applied Holistic Management
Peacemaking & Problem Solving Workshop
What makes certain people jump out of bed in the morning, all fired up
about the day ahead of them, as they go charging out the door getting things
done? I say it’s because they are connected to a passion, something they
love doing and that something brings about a well-defined purpose for their
lives.
What is that something? It could be a Holistic Goal/Lifetime Mission
Statement defining what they really want to see, do, and/or accomplish
(together) before
they die .
This workshop covers:
-
The
development of, updating and using a Holistic Goal/Lifetime Mission Statement.
-
Improving the ways we respond to conflict and resolve
"whole" problems by
using peacemaking skills rather than the typical adversarial ways.
-
How to
conduct a successful business meeting.
This workshop will improve your
decision making abilities and people management skills.
Pre-class Homework:
-
Please review and update your Holistic
Goal. (If you have one, please bring a draft statement of the real purpose of your
business)
-
Be
prepared to present your goal statement to the class.
