A sound principle to follow in Problem Solving

Do not use Blame Talk or Blame Thinking

Blame talk and blame thinking, even when true, just seems to make matters worse.  Blaming is like a cancer, it eats you up and when you take a deeper look at problem solving, you will find that just blaming really does not help you resolve the problem long-term.  SO, search for the "Hidden"  WHYS? first and then come up with a sound answer that helps resolve the "whole" situation and/or helps the other person according to their needs, not yours.

Try this principle: (do it) and see what happens. It won't hurt you and may even fix things for the "whole" gang.  Hint, this approach has something to do with GOOD STEWARDSHIP.
